What is Jujutsu?

Jujutsu (or Jujitsu, Ju Jitsu, Jiu Jitsu) is a martial art which evolved in feudal Japan as a close quarters combat system.

Jujutsu has many variants from classical styles to modern street combat and these are available though our Essex clubs and our sister clubs in other parts of the country (see our Links page).
